excellent location direct lift daily servicing costly water loud music rude staff

the location is excellent. it made exploring very easy (i loved how central it was!). my room got servicing three times daily, it was a nice touch. the direct lift to the beach was also very handy.

i noticed i did not even have complimentary water upon arrival. i felt there was a charge for everything. the rooftop view had loud music playing, i couldn't hear anyone next to me. i had asked for a glass of wine with a glass of water to take to my room and was told to get water out of mini bar and pay for it.

the location was acceptable since it allowed easy access to local attractions.

The room felt outdated and smaller than expected. It lacked sufficient space for luggage, forcing us to keep our bags open on the floor. noise was a significant issue. Sounds from adjacent rooms were easily audible, disrupting the peace. the rooftop staff displayed rudeness on several nights, setting an unacceptable standard.

soft bathrobe fresh pastries hall noise loud music

the room was lovely (it really was!). the slippers and bathrobe were very soft. the breakfast had many options. i especially liked the fresh pastries they offered.

i could hear a lot of noise in the halls, mainly from other guests. the rooftop music was too loud, even if i like loud music sometimes.

The plentiful breakfast buffet included many options. Staff members were polite and helpful. They addressed all my needs promptly. The location allowed easy access to nearby shops and restaurants (very convenient!).

I noticed noise from the hallway and adjacent bathrooms, which impacted the room's sound isolation.

The building featured well-kept common areas with beautiful aesthetics. The rooftop restaurant provided excellent views and excellent dining. The hotel also offers a swimming pool and convenient elevator access to the beach.

The service was immaculate. Every staff member delivered sincere, attentive assistance. The reception and breakfast staff were particularly helpful.

charming stay!

helpful staff lovely pool

the staff was really helpful. i liked the direct access to the beach and lovely pool. the concierge were always available with suggestion and ready to help. i found antonio and andrew in the dining room to be charming.

the soundproofing between rooms were not the best. i could hear noises from other rooms, particularly from the bathrooms, and it was a little disturbing. the room size was very small and it felt a bit cramped.

the hotel features a nice rooftop bar with fantastic views. i did see a small gym on site, though i did not use it. the pool was clean and well-kept, i saw plenty of loungers.
